Connecting Your Email Account

ClientBridge lets you connect your own email account so that outreach emails you compose are sent from your own address, on your behalf. Connecting an account is optional, and you can disconnect at any time.

• SMTP: If you connect using standard email (SMTP) settings, we store your email server details and password encrypted at rest (AES-256), and use them only to send the emails you compose. Disconnecting your account deletes these stored credentials.
• Google (Gmail): If you connect a Google account, we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send permission, together with your basic profile email, solely to send the emails you compose, on your behalf. We do not read, download, or store the contents of your mailbox.

Limited Use of Google user data

ClientBridge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not allow humans to read it, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. It is used only to provide the email-sending feature you have enabled.
